BOOKING CONDITIONS
For all catering bookings:
A deposit of 30% of your quotation is required for all reservations (for our BtoB customers: 50% deposit). This deposit acts as a firm reservation, in the form of a bank transfer. You will receive a receipt confirming your reservation.
The balance must be paid no more than 2 weeks before the service ordered.
Test your menu before your reception:
For wedding bookings only, we suggest you come and test approximately the same menu you'd like on the big day, tasting a unique menu for everyone by booking a maximum of 4 people for lunch or dinner. Please book and let us know two weeks in advance, so that we can anticipate orders and prepare your tasting. Thank you for your understanding.
Confirmation of chosen menu :
The menu for your reception must be confirmed with us at least 15 days before the date of your reception. It will then be considered as the final decision for placing orders with our suppliers. A single menu for all your guests is recommended on the day of your reception. The chef can accommodate special dietary requirements for vegetarians or allergy sufferers, according to availability and with the same advance notice. For teenagers (aged 13 to 17) we suggest a half-price menu on the selected menu.
Confirmation of the number of guests:
The precise number of guests must be confirmed to us at least one week before the date of the reception. This number will then be considered as the final guarantee for invoicing, even if the number of guests served is less than this figure.
Night hours:
From 00:30 onwards, you will have at your disposal staff who will provide night service (night bar). These staff costs will be invoiced in addition, on the basis of current rates, at 50 euros per hour and per Maître d'Hôtel (1 Maître d'Hôtel for 40 people). Possibility of complete room cleaning for €250.
Change and cancellation conditions :
For any change such as the number of people booked, less than one month before the event, and for any cancellation of an accepted booking, whatever the cause, the deposits paid will be forfeited as a fixed indemnity. In the case of postponed bookings, deposits will be cashed pending the new date of your event, subject to availability.
Confirmation of a booking implies the customer's unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Each Moodboard is a unique creation, subject to seasonal modifications (fruits, vegetables, etc.).
For organizational reasons, orders will be interrupted every Friday at 12:00.
We do not accept box exchanges after delivery or pick-up.
